CAN I BOOK A THERAPY SESSION?
You can either email below or call to book in a session. You will then receive information on the process. An intake is usually made over the phone or via zoom. The cost for this is included in your first session fee.
CAN WE MEET ON ZOOM?
There are times when meeting on Zoom might be our only option. Also, more and more people are finding that Meeting on Zoom saves them time and is convenient. We can discuss options that work for you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THERAPY IS BEST FOR ME?
Assessment takes place in the first 1-3 sessions to determine what type of support might be helpful to your unique circumstances. Different therapies are better suited to different needs.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A THERAPY SESSION?
Your first session will be a chance for you to get to know me as your therapist and me to get to know you. It's important you feel comfortable with your therapist, so this first session is a chance to see if you feel we might be a good fit, and for me to see if I feel I could offer you the kind of support you need. Each session will be unique, because you are unique.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO HAVE THERAPY?
Each person is different. Some people require a session every now and then, and other people might like weekly or fortnightly support. You are in charge of how much support you require and how you might best get the most out of your therapy sessions.
