The Process

Meet & Greet (Zoom)

 

A brief, no-pressure conversation to confirm fit, clarify aims, and outline how coaching differs from therapy. There is no charge for this meeting. We’ll surface your immediate priorities, preferred pace, and accessibility needs so the process starts attuned to you. You’ll leave with a shared understanding of scope and next steps, should you feel we are a good fit.

Coaching begins...

Three Foundation Sessions (50 minutes each)

Across three longer sessions, we map your context—strengths, friction points, energy rhythms, sensory ecology, and communication preferences. This is discovery, not diagnosis: we co-create a working picture of what supports you, what drains you, and where modest shifts could yield outsized gains. The goal is a clear, affirming frame from which action becomes simpler.

Coaching Sprints (30 minutes)

Short, focused sessions keep momentum high and cognitive load low. We select one to two priorities, craft lean experiments, and translate insight into concrete actions. Each sprint includes reflective debrief, gentle accountability, and iterative adjustment so strategies remain realistic, sustainable, and genuinely yours. You can have as many of these sprint sessions as you like to help support your goals and direct your focus.
